Hi, im unable to replicate this on live or on the ptr.
appears to have either be a visual bug or already patched
@BeefSteaker no, it has not been fixed the building up event just ran out by the time you checked this issue
You'd sadly need a time machine to check it now on either the ptr or live
I'll reopen it in case someone else has a way to check this, or to check next year
