Expected behavior

docker pull pulls an image from the Docker Hub registry.

Actual behavior

docker pull fails with the message:

Error response from daemon: Get "https://registry-1.docker.io/v2/": unexpected EOF

Information

The error above happens when trying to pull any image. The issue looks similar to #6528 and #6623.
