Thanks for opening this issue, @joshmcorreia ! Fortunately, the Salt Docs working group is working on a completely overhaul of our docs landing page and navigation system and that project will hopefully resolve this issue over the long term. I'll keep it open and try to find some time to fix it if possible since we definitely want to steer people toward the Salt User Guide instead of the old Getting Started tutorial. Thanks!
