Apparently the moving average price is reset to the price yesterday when you save the settings before it reverts back to normal after an hour.
This was caused by the input to the function refreshing the internal state, apparently the timestamp from the outer function (onInit) was used as input to the refresher function when saving settings instead of the current time. This caused the function to add timestamp data for the past
