### Describe your issue as much as you can
I attempted to run the bncert tool to cover some additional domains on the WordPress Multisite, and it failed. Previously, I destroyed the configuration on a container when I attempted to run the tool with more than 100 DNS entries, so I had to restore an earlier version. This is the second time I have attempted this with this configuration, and both failed. The first attempt also kept Apache from restarting afterwards, but the newest version seems to have fixed that, and everything is still running as expected.
